The Junior League of Birmingham's annual Bargain Carousel fundraiser has been labeled the "largest garage sale in Birmingham." Through member donations, Bargain Carousel provides shoppers with quality items, including many of life's necessities, at very affordable prices. In return, proceeds are returned directly to the Birmingham community through the 38 community projects supported by the Junior League of Birmingham. You never know what treasures you may find waiting for you! OH, and all items are 50% off on Sunday!

The first-ever Five Points South Residential Clean & Clear event will take place Saturday April 27 from 8am-12p. This community favorite event will be an afternoon of food and fun, with live music and plenty of activities for the kids! Proceeds from the event assist families battling childhood cancer in Alabama and fund childhood cancer research at Children's of Alabama. All you can eat crawfish prepared by Louisiana native, John Hein. There will be hamburgers and hot dogs for the kids, as well as bounce houses, face painting, DJ, and balloon artists. NEW THIS YEAR, a performance by Roger Day at 4pm in the Kid's Tent! Soda and water will be provided, bring your own adult beverages. Live music by Pioneer Chicken Stand and Billy Gant Band.
