By identifying and naming our fears and roadblocks, we create and "prepare the soil" of our innermost being, ensuring that we can cultivate new seeds so that expansive growth can occur.
For this event, you will learn how to use - and attach meaning to -Nature's gifts to create powerful pieces of art. Attendees will be led on a short walking meditation and suggestions will be provided on how to collect items for a personal mandala unique to each student.
