It’s Time for Winter Beer Fest on Groundhog Day!

(We know a lot of you who’d be totally ok with that scenario!) That is just one of MANY incredible events this weekend that revolve around food, drink, art, and music!

Three of Birmingham's Civitan clubs - ACTION Civitan Club, Research Civitan Club and Birmingham Civitan Club - are uniting to have a winter social for anyone who lives or works in the downtown vicinity and surrounding suburbs. Complimentary drinks will be provided. Come meet a philanthropic and fun group of folks and see if the Civitan Club's cause is something you want to champion in the new year. The event will be in the atrium at UAB Highlands, and visitors are welcome to tour some of the medical machines Civitan dollars have made possible.
Attendees will be entered into a drawing for a gift card prize!

It’s time for the 22nd edition of Lakeshore’s Demolition Derby Wheelchair Rugby Tournament! (You probably don’t realize what a big deal the Lakeshore Foundation is when it comes to Paralympic sports!) Top wheelchair rugby teams from across the nation will compete for the 2019 title. All games are FREE and open to the public. Invite your friends, bring your family and cheer on the teams! These games get VERY competitive and are so much fun to watch!

Come support this great cause and aTEAM Ministries as they support patients and families battling pediatric cancer across the state of Alabama!
