This weekend you can help Vulcan celebrate turning 115 at his annual Birthday Bash! In addition to that epic event, there’s also SliceFest, painting a Rainbow Wall, and so much more! Firehouse Ministries Board of Directors cordially invites you to the 7th annual Speakers Luncheon, featuring legendary football player Johnny Musso. The luncheon will be held at The Harbert Center. Johnny Musso is an American former football player, a running back for three seasons in the National Football League with the Chicago Bears. He previously played three seasons in the Canadian Football League and one in the World Football League. All proceeds will benefit Birmingham's homeless.

Come be a part of creating Birmingham's next landmark! On June 1st, everyone is invited to come out and volunteer to help paint downtown Birmingham's Rainbow Wall! All the paint and supplies will be ready and a 500ft long wall is waiting to be covered with beauty! A coordination team will be out there ready to help and give instructions and will have food and drink for everyone! Everyone is still welcome to come out in the afternoon even if they don't want to paint! Join the party!

Vulcan is looking great for 115! (We hear he had some work done though.) Enjoy a wonderful Sunday afternoon with entertainment including guest appearances, performances and so much more! They will have face painting, Get Rhythm! drum circles, Birmingham Legion, Game Stop and the 2021 World Games interactive mobile truck fueled with games including a sumo wrestling pen and a rock wall. Talladega Super Speedway race cars onsite, animal encounters and more. Heart of Dixie Railroad Museum will also have the Heart of Dixie Trackless Train onsite. This year we will celebrate with cupcakes by Dreamcakes.
