From Emerge Fest at Alys Stephens, a Friday the 13th Movie Night at Iron City, to Oktoberfest at Cahaba Brewing, there something for everyone! You’re invited - and so is your dog! Vino, Birmingham’s premier Mediterranean restaurant, is hosting “Pooches on the Patio” to celebrate its eighth anniversary. Sponsored by Tito's Handmade Vodka, the event will benefit the Greater Birmingham Humane Society. Sip on one of the event-exclusive Tito’s Handmade Vodka craft cocktails while your dog slurps up some delectable water. The GBHS will be on-site with adoptable dogs, and Vino will be donating a portion of the proceeds from the evening to the GBHS. Guests are invited to bring their dogs and join the celebration. Tito’s Handmade Vodka will also be at the event giving out swag bags for both people and dogs! Plus there will be drawings for some cool prizes!

Help honor the men and women who have served our country, both at home and abroad. This event is highlighting PTSD and Suicide Awareness within the Veteran community. This is a tough challenge for a great cause!

Join Birmingham’s Community Agencies as they celebrate National Recovery Month. Whether your in recovery, or apart of the Birmingham community, you are invited. FREE food and games will be provided along with free Narcan training and HIV testing. This is a cause that is near and dear to our hearts as Russell himself is 5yrs sober. We have seen so many lives saved by these wonderful services!

There’s also a doggie costume contest! They have plenty of tvs so you can watch the games while you celebrate and there will be German food available to purchase! PROST!!!

Come have some fun at Oak Mountain State Park's Full Moon Paddle and Party on the Pier!
They will have fires by the lake, s'mores, music, and paddling by moonlight! URBAN POPS will be on site with treats! Meet at the Double Oak Lake Marina and bring your own kayak, canoe, paddle board, pedal boat or other vessel if you will be paddling! Don’t have a boat? No worries! Oak Mountain will have them available to rent! LIFE VESTS REQUIRED FOR ALL PARTICIPANTS!
