Forge's first Business Breakthrough session will share local business leaders' wisdom and lessons learned through starting a company in Birmingham. The first session features Bham's own Kasey Birdsong, CEO of Planet Fundraiser as its keynote speaker. A panel of entrepreneurs will also share their wisdom on starting successful companies! Tacos, queso, margaritas - oh my! Queso for Critters benefiting the Greater Birmingham Humane Society will be held Thursday, Sept. 21 from 5 p.m. to midnight at Rojo Birmingham. Dogs are welcome on the patio. No tickets required - dine that night and 10% of the night's proceeds sold will directly benefit the animals of the GBHS! Also, $1 of every Tito's Handmade Vodka cocktail sold that night will benefit the GBHS! Hosted by the GBHS Young Professionals Board.
