Chocolate Challenge Birmingham4th Annual Magic City Chocolate Challenge

Enjoy an evening of chocoholic delights as the areas finest bakers, chefs and chocolatiers come together for the fourth annual Magic City Chocolate Challenge. Taking place at Regions Field Diamonds Direct Ballroom, from 5:30 pm - 8 pm with live musical entertainment and a silent auction! It’s all for a great cause!

Sloss Metal Arts Bowl-O-RamaBowl-O-Rama: Iron Pouring
Thurs, June 21, 6-9pm

Bring some friends and beverages (adult included!) and join the Sloss metal arts staff for a night of cast iron creative fun! It's like sips and strokes on steroids! The Sloss artists will help you create your own cast iron bowl (doodle bowl) for $45. The bowl mold and tools are provided. (Check out our post HERE!)
NOTE: Their must be an attendance of 20 or more for iron pour. Otherwise, bowls are poured during next scheduled iron pour and picked up at the visitors center.

Putt for a Cause6th Annual Putt for a Cause

This is a Mini-Golf event that makes a BIG impact on the community! Head over to Avondale Brewing Company to begin a Putt-Putt Pub Crawl to benefiting ACTION Civitan of Birmingham and The Exceptional Foundation! Teams of up to 5 players will compete on some funky mini-golf holes at different venues. All players must be 21+ years old! The entry fee for each team is $150.
The venues include Avondale Brewing Company, The Abbey, MELT, Wasabi Juan's, Avondale Common House, Saturn, and 41st Street Pub! Feel free to invite your friends and family to come cheer you and your teammates along!

Imagine hundreds of people coming out to chaos paint a beautiful mess of colors all across a giant wall in downtown, celebrating color, vibrancy, and the public expression of our people across a large canvas. For years lots of people have contacted me wanting to be a part of painting a mural, so we are going to create the Birmingham Color Wall! Come out anytime between noon and 4pm and paint whatever you feel. Everyone will have the freedom to paint whatever they want with any colors they want. Only rule is it has to be all abstract. Come be a part of making the landmark Color Wall in Birmingham!

Corbin Farms Winery is having an outdoor cookout from 4pm to 7pm. They will have hamburgers and hotdogs on the grill. Dixieland Funnel Cakes will also be there selling their own awesome funnel cakes and amazing lemonade. Ticket purchases are for a hamburger/chips/a glass of wine OR 2 hotdogs/chips/a glass of wine. Tickets CAN also be purchased at the winery for $10. Softdrinks and water can also be purchased separately at $1 each. Wine can also be purchased for $5.00 a glass. Local musician, Jeff Tyler will be there entertaining us all. So bring your chairs or blankets and come and have some fun!

Head to this crawfish boil at the blue monkey Sunday! Profits will be going towards suicide awareness. Boxes will be 10 dollars each and will include corn, potatoes, crawfish, and sausage! Entertainment will be provided by @sketchmuzic and some other surprise guests. A 6 person inflatable unicorn will be onsite for a great photo opp! There will also be a "Who can eat the most spicy Ramen?" challenge! Come support this great cause!
