Birmingham Art Walk is back!!!



Calling all Birmingham art lovers! This weekend brings the return of the two-day Birmingham Art Walk festival! Head downtown and check out some amazing local artists and makers! This is such a fun event and you are sure to fall in love with a least one work of art! Check out the details and more fantastic weekend events below!

Stroll the sidewalks of BHM on September 6th and discover the amazing talent of local artists and artisans exhibiting and selling works outside of The Pizitz from 5-9 p.m., rain or shine!
This September, the featured artist of the month is Jonah Grice! Jonah was chosen by our generous supporter, Bancography. Bancography donates $100 each month to the featured artist to help them with funds necessary to continue their work! CONGRATS Jonah - and, thanks a ton, Bancography!

A new season of Art After 5 brings free after-hours fun and entertainment to the BMA! The Museum is open late on the first Friday of every month for an evening of art, music, maker activities, and more. They’re shaking things up with some adults-only gallery tours, specialty cocktails crafted by local mixologists, and live tunes from local musicians. Each night will feature a different theme and a new hands-on maker project. This Friday’s theme is Back to School!

Proceeds from this Party on the Porch will benefit the Homewood City Schools Foundation , which raises funds to support teachers and students in five Homewood City Schools.
