Halloween fun in Birmingham! 
Halloween is upon us and there are so many fun events to help you celebrate! There is no shortage of Halloween events for you to enjoy this weekend. The scariest part will be trying to decide which ones to go to. As an added bonus, Dia de los Muertos is coming up next week as well! We can’t wait to experience all the thrills and chills that Birmingham has to offer this weekend! Don’t forget to check out places like Pilcrow Cocktail Cellar and Hold Your Horses for some festive fun! Boos & Bites

Halloween fun is coming to Lane Parke! Boos & Bites is taking place Thursday from 4pm - 7pm! Lady Bird Taco will be staying open late with a portion of sales benefitting CASA of Jefferson County! Attendees can also enjoy live music, pop-ups, giveaways, shopping, kids activities, and more on the green space! Come ready in your Halloween costume and enjoy a spook-tacular evening at Lane Parke!

Trick or Treat at the Library

Drop by the Trussville Public Library for Trick or Treating on October 29th! Stations will be set up around the library for children to collect candy and prizes from 5:00 pm - 7:00pm. Children will be able to choose a book to keep from the last station, while supplies last. Dress up and bring a bag to join the fun! This event is supported by the Friends of the Trussville Public Library.

Head to Clubhouse on Highland for a Halloween night of performances, music, and community, all while raising funds for local artists, entertainers and Awakenus Festival’s Conscious Creativity Fund! There will be a wonderful lineup of a variety of local performers! They’ll have an opening performance by Oru Moon, a silent auction, raffle drawings throughout the night, and a dance party with DJ TooSweet and DJ Scott Nam! The funds raised goes to support the Awakenus Festival happening in April! You don’t want to miss this one!

On Halloween night, House Eleven becomes the Monster House, a 126-year-old building with plenty of ghosts and two DJs ready to wake them up. Don’t miss Dia de los Muertos 2026 at Sloss Furnaces! This festival was voted as one of the BEST Day of the Dead celebrations in America and it’s right here in B’ham! Come experience the somber atmosphere around beautiful candlelit altars which pay tribute to lost loved ones, pets, and even celebrities. It’s like stepping into a scene in the film Coco.  Then join in a celebration of life with food trucks, live music, vendors, face painting, and so much more! There will be a roll call of the names of people we lost this year, as well as a processional to follow.  This is an event we try to never miss!
